TOKIKATA, which has become impossible to repair due to folds, cracks, chips, etc., will be replaced with a new TOKIKATA for a fee.

The damaged item will be shipped within 3 weeks to 1 month after it arrives at our company.

*As this is a made-to-order product, delivery time is the same as that of a regular order.
(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays)
