Shipping Policy

 

・Items will be shipped within the estimated number of business days (excluding weekends and holidays) listed on the product page after your order is confirmed.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following week or the next business day.

Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to check for any defects in the product and verify that the order details are correct.

-Regarding Simultaneous Purchases of Items with Different Delivery Times-

If you purchase items with different delivery times at the same time, we will ship them together based on the item with the later delivery date.

We can accommodate split shipments upon request, but in such cases, we will ship the items to you on a collect-on-delivery basis, and you will be charged shipping fees for each separate shipment.

 

-Shipping Fees-

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥770. For Okinawa only, the fee is ¥1,650.

The total amount due is the product price ( including tax ) plus shipping. 

Customers who choose cash on delivery will be charged a separate cash on delivery fee.

 

-Regarding Delivery Time Specifications-

Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may be slightly delayed.

 

-International Shipping-

We do not currently ship internationally. We only ship within Japan.
