Payment Instructions
Scissors Street Online Store accepts the payment methods listed below. The methods shown at checkout depend on the shipping destination and the order total.

Payment methods that may not appear at checkout
- When the shipping address is outside Japan, cash on delivery, bank transfer, convenience store payment, PayPay and the Orico installment plan are not shown.
- When the order total is ¥290,000 or more (including shipping, after discounts), cash on delivery is not shown.
About each payment method
Credit card (Shopify Payments)
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB are accepted (single payment).
- Shopify Payments is the payment service provided by Shopify. Your payment is completed on the checkout page without leaving the store.
- With Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay you can pay with a card saved in each service.
Credit card with installments (GMO Epsilon)
- You will be redirected to the payment page of GMO Epsilon, a payment service provider.
- To pay in installments, choose the number of payments on the GMO Epsilon payment page.
- Accepted cards: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB.
PayPal
- You will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your PayPal account.
Paidy (buy now, pay later)
- A deferred payment service that only needs an email address and a mobile phone number. No credit card is required.
- Your purchases are billed together the following month and paid at a convenience store, by bank transfer or by direct debit.
- Use of Paidy is subject to Paidy's screening.
Bank transfer
- A dedicated bank account is issued for each order. The account details are shown on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email.
- Payment is due within 7 days of ordering. Orders not paid by the deadline are cancelled.
- Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
- Items are shipped after we confirm your payment.
- Available for shipping addresses in Japan only.
Convenience store payment
- Pay at FamilyMart, Lawson or Ministop.
- Use the payment number shown after ordering and pay by the deadline. The deadline is shown on the payment instructions page and in the email.
- Items are shipped after we confirm your payment.
- Available for shipping addresses in Japan only.
PayPay
- You will be redirected to PayPay and pay with the PayPay app or your PayPay balance.
- Available for shipping addresses in Japan only.
Orico installment plan (shopping loan, no credit card required)
- A shopping loan provided by Orient Corporation (Orico). The application is completed online.
- Available for order totals of ¥60,000 or more with monthly payments of ¥3,000 or more.
- Interest (0.77% × number of payments) is paid by the customer. This is different from credit card installments.
- After you order, we will email you a link to the Orico shopping loan application by the next business day. Items are shipped after the loan is approved and the contract is completed.
- Interest rates and conditions may change without notice.
- Available for shipping addresses in Japan only.
Cash on delivery
- Pay the item total plus the cash-on-delivery fee in cash to the delivery driver when you receive your order.
- Available for order totals under ¥290,000 only.
- Available for shipping addresses in Japan only.

How to order
Steps to complete an order at Scissors Street Online Store.
① Add the items you want to your cart
② Tap [Check out] at the bottom of the page
③ Enter your shipping address and continue to shipping method
④ If you have a coupon, enter it in the coupon field, then continue to payment
* If you came from a coupon QR code, the coupon is already applied and no entry is needed
⑤ Choose a payment method and tap [Pay now]
For methods that redirect to an external site (GMO Epsilon / PayPal / PayPay / Paidy, etc.), your order is confirmed when the payment is completed on that site
⑥ Order complete
* Receipts can be downloaded from the URL in the shipping notification email
Methods paid after ordering
- Bank transfer / convenience store payment: pay by the deadline using the account details or payment number provided after ordering. Items ship after payment is confirmed.
- Orico installment plan: apply for the loan from the email we send after your order. Items ship after approval.
- Cash on delivery: pay the delivery driver in cash when you receive your order.
Please note
- For credit card payments on large orders of ¥100,000 or more, the card issuer's authorization check (security) may occasionally decline a card even when sufficient credit is available. In that case, please try another credit card or a different payment method.
