[Mail-in Service] Cuticle Nipper Sharpening

Please note that as of June 1, 2023, we will no longer be offering sharpening services for cuticle nippers and acrylic nippers manufactured by other companies.

This is a basic sharpening service for cuticle nippers. Our skilled craftsmen (Top Meisters) will adjust and sharpen each pair individually to ensure the perfect fit. 

[Mail-in Process]

① Please place your sharpening order on this product page and mail your nippers to us. We will begin the sharpening process once we receive your items.

【Delivery Timeframe】

Generally, we will ship your item approximately 10–14 business days after it arrives at our facility (excluding weekends, holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and summer vacation periods).

Yamato Transport: Flat rate ¥770 (tax included) / Okinawa: ¥1,650 (tax included)

*Shipping costs from your location to our facility are the customer’s responsibility. *For cash-on-delivery payments, a separate cash-on-delivery fee applies.

・Regarding Letter Pack: Please be mindful of the thickness, as items exceeding the specified limit may be returned after being posted.

・For first-time polishing requests, we may contact you by phone to discuss the polishing method.

・Please note that depending on the condition of the nippers, we may be unable to polish them and will return them to you.
