Payment Methods
This page explains the payment methods available at the Scissors Street online store. The methods you can choose depend on your order total and delivery destination.
Available payment methods

Payment methods that are not shown
In the following cases, these methods do not appear on the payment screen. The order total is the final amount after discounts, including shipping.
- Order total of 290,000 yen or more: cash on delivery
- Order total of 300,000 yen or more: convenience store payment
- Order total of 1,000,000 yen or more: Paidy and PayPay
- Delivery outside Japan: cash on delivery, bank transfer, Orico installment payment, PayPay and convenience store payment (please use a credit card or PayPal)
About each payment method
Credit card
We accept Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
For high-value orders of 100,000 yen or more, the card company's authorization check may occasionally decline a card even if it has enough available credit. In that case, please try another card or another payment method.
PayPal
When you select PayPal on the payment screen, you will be taken to PayPal. Your order is confirmed when the payment on PayPal is completed.
GMO Epsilon (installments available)
Credit card payment through the payment service GMO Epsilon. If you would like to pay in installments, choose the number of installments on the GMO Epsilon payment screen. Installment fees follow your card company's terms.
Paidy (pay later)
No credit card or prior registration is needed; you can use it with your email address and mobile phone number. Purchases are paid together the following month at a convenience store, by bank transfer or by direct debit. Paidy screens each use.
Not available for order totals of 1,000,000 yen or more.
PayPay
Select PayPay on the payment screen and pay with the PayPay app.
Not available for order totals of 1,000,000 yen or more. Payment may also fail because of PayPay's own usage limits (such as the amount used in the past 24 hours or 30 days).
Convenience store payment
You can pay at FamilyMart, Lawson or Ministop (other convenience stores are not supported). Pay in store with the payment number we send you after your order.
Not available for order totals of 300,000 yen or more.
Bank transfer
We issue a dedicated bank account for each order and send the details in the order confirmation email. Please make the transfer within 7 days of your order. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
If we cannot confirm the payment within the deadline, the order will be canceled.
Orico installment payment (no credit card required)
An installment payment service by Orient Corporation (Orico). No credit card is required, and the application is completed online. Orico screens each application.
Available for order totals of 60,000 yen or more. The installment fee is the number of payments × 0.77%.
Cash on delivery
Pay the delivery driver when you receive your order. A cash-on-delivery fee (330 to 1,100 yen, depending on the order amount) applies.
Not available for order totals of 290,000 yen or more.
How to place an order
- Add the items you want to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout from the cart.
- Enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method.
- If you have a coupon, enter it in the coupon field (if you came from a coupon QR code, it is already applied).
- Choose a payment method and press "Pay now". For methods that take you to an external payment screen, your order is confirmed when the payment there is completed.
- Your order is complete. We will send you an order confirmation email.
You can download a receipt from the URL in the email we send when your order ships.
