Shipping Policy

- Orders are shipped within the estimated number of business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) stated on each product page, after we confirm your order.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped at the start of the following week or on the next business day or later.

When your order arrives, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that the order details are correct.

- Purchasing Items with Different Delivery Dates at the Same Time -

If you purchase items with different delivery dates at the same time, we will ship them together based on the item with the latest delivery date.

We can arrange split shipments upon request, but in that case the items will be sent freight collect, and you will be charged shipping fees for each separate shipment.

- About Shipping Fees -

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥770. Shipping to Okinawa is ¥1,650.

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region. The fee will be shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

The total amount you will be charged is the product price (including tax) plus shipping.

Customers who choose cash on delivery will be charged a separate cash on delivery fee.

- About Specifying a Delivery Time -

Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery may be slightly delayed for customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

- About International Shipping -

We ship selected products internationally. Products that are not eligible for international shipping can only be shipped within Japan.

For eligible products, you can enter an overseas address at checkout. If your cart contains a product that is not eligible, the order cannot be placed to an overseas address.

For international orders, the available payment methods are credit card and PayPal only. Cash on delivery, bank transfer, convenience store payment, and other methods are not available.

Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees charged in the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
