Returns and Defective Products
Return Period and Conditions

Please note that once your order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns for reasons other than "wrong item" or "defective product."
We cannot accept returns of outlet items under any circumstances.
Please note that the contract with the customer is deemed to be established upon the dispatch of the "Order Confirmation Email" from our store.
If you do not receive the "Order Confirmation Email" after placing your order, the contract may not have been established. We kindly ask that you contact us in such cases.
<クーリングオフについて>
The cooling-off period is a system applicable to door-to-door sales. It is not mandatory for mail-order sales. As this website is a mail-order service accessed by customers, please note that the cooling-off period does not apply.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect items.
Defective Products
We take the utmost care when shipping your order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will exchange it for a new, non-defective item of the same product, except in the following cases.
In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact us within 8 days of receiving the item and return it to us.
Please note that even in the case of defective items, we are unable to offer refunds or price reductions, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
Additionally, for items that cannot be exchanged due to being out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please note that refund methods for credit card payments will follow the card issuer’s procedures.
【We do not accept exchanges in the following cases】
(1) If you do not contact us regarding a defective item within 8 days of receiving the product
(2) For outlet items
(3) If you have lost any accessories or parts of the product due to your own negligence
(4) If the product has been soiled or damaged due to your own negligence
(5) Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept an exchange based on the criteria above
