We offer a paid replacement service for TOKIKATA.

We will replace your TOKIKATA, which has become irreparable due to breakage, cracks, or chips, with a brand-new TOKIKATA for a fee.

① Please send the damaged TOKIKATA to us along with the warranty certificate (GUARANTEE) from your purchase at.

 ② Please complete the payment for the paid replacement on this product page. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with manufacturing.

*Please note that we may be unable to process your request if the warranty certificate is lost .

*Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs from your location to our company.

*Please note that we cannot exchange TOKIKATA products that have been replaced previously.

【Delivery Time】

We will ship the replacement item within 3 weeks to 1 month after the damaged item arrives at our facility.

*As these are made-to-order items, the delivery time is the same as for regular orders.
(Excluding weekends, holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and summer vacation periods)

Yamato Transport: Flat rate ¥770 (tax included) / Okinawa: ¥1,650 (tax included)

*Shipping costs from your location to our company are the customer’s responsibility.

* For cash-on-delivery payments, a separate cash-on-delivery fee applies.

・The serial number will differ from your previous one due to the exchange.

・Exchanges are valid only once per TOKIKATA serial number. Please be cautious of TOKIKATA units purchased from third parties or non-authorized dealers.
