If dirt accumulates between the teeth of the comb, it can cause static electricity, which may lead to inconsistent results in correcting hair breakage.

Keep your comb in top condition with regular maintenance.

Maintenance Details

① Removal of rust caused by daily salon use
② Mirror-finish polishing of the comb and handle
③ Inspection of all parts

The result will be equivalent to the quality of a brand-new product.

*In April only, the turnaround time is approximately 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

① Please complete payment on this product page and mail your TOKIKATA to us. We will begin maintenance work once the item arrives.

[Mailing Process (Maintenance + Rental Plan)]

① Please select the "Maintenance + Rental Plan" on this product page () and complete your payment. After confirmation, we will ship the rental item to you . Once you receive the rental item, please send the item requiring maintenance to us.

② Once we receive the item, we will proceed with the maintenance work.

③ Once maintenance is complete, we will return the item to you.

④ Once you receive the item after maintenance, please return the rental item within one week. *Please note that the number of days we retain your item may vary depending on the maintenance required, so we cannot specify a delivery date or time.

[Completion and Shipping Schedule]

We generally ship items approximately 10 days after they arrive at our facility.
(Excluding weekends, holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and summer vacation periods)

Yamato Transport: Flat rate ¥770 (tax included) / Okinawa: ¥1,650 (tax included)

*Shipping costs from your location to our facility are the customer’s responsibility (including rental items for rental services).

* For cash-on-delivery payments, a separate cash-on-delivery fee applies.
